Clear terms for working together.

The practical rules that protect you, your studio, and TailorOS when you use our website, platform, and connected services.

Effective July 30, 2026

01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TailorOS website, software, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes both you and the organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

02

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account.

You must promptly notify us at hello@tailoros.com if you suspect unauthorized access or another security incident involving your account.

03

Use of the Services

Subject to these Terms, TailorOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as permitted by law.
  • Use automated means to scrape or extract data in a way that burdens or bypasses the Services.
  • Use the Services to develop or train a competing product without our written permission.
04

Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of information, content, and materials you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant TailorOS the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.

You are responsible for Customer Data, including having all permissions and legal bases needed to collect and process client details, measurements, photographs, communications, and other information you add. You are also responsible for configuring access appropriately and responding to requests from individuals whose data you control.

05

Third-party services and OAuth

The Services may connect to third-party products through OAuth or other integrations. Your use of a third-party product remains subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. You authorize TailorOS to exchange information with the provider as necessary to deliver the integration you enable.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or handling of information. You may disconnect an integration at any time, though doing so may cause related features to stop working.

06

Fees and payment

Paid Services, pricing, billing frequency, usage limits, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown in your order form, proposal, checkout flow, or subscription plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing prospectively by providing reasonable notice. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

07

Intellectual property

TailorOS and its licensors own the Services, including the software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

08

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep TailorOS reliable, but the Services may occasionally be unavailable or changed for maintenance, security, technical, or business reasons. Features may evolve, and beta or preview features may be modified or discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TailorOS disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

09

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailorOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data arising from or related to the Services.

TailorOS’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to TailorOS for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and do not apply where prohibited by law.

10

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision is no longer commercially practical. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and payment obligations—will continue to apply.

11

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Services and applicable laws evolve. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the Services or by email. Continuing to use the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and TailorOS concerning the Services unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@tailoros.com.
